PRESENTATION
The purpose of the Agency is to assist the President of the Republic in the design and implementation of the policy defined in the areas of investment promotion and major works.
More specifically, the Agency’s mission is to determine and carry out the programs and actions necessary for the development of private investment.
– Research and identification of investors;
– The promotion of Senegal, recipient of investments;
– Welcoming and supporting investors;
– The facilitation of administrative procedures and procedures;
– The provision of economic, commercial and technological information;
– Partnership assistance.
The Agency is informed by the President of the Republic of major works that he deems to be priorities and whose implementation he intends to directly supervise in the required quality and on time.
The activities of the Agency in the field of investment promotion are supervised and monitored by a Strategic Committee.
– The execution of all the administrative formalities for the creation or modification of companies, in the same place, on a single registration request form;
– Approval of the investment code and the status of free export enterprise;
– Monitoring of projects approved under the aforementioned incentive frameworks
